Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

If the Client has given false information on what is to be cleaned, Edwards Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation.

All Carpet/ Upholstery cleaning orders are subject to a £40 minimum call out charge.

If the customer has not hoovered at all upon arrival of appointment, a £15 extra charge will be added for our cleaners to hoover before the clean.

Any parking will be either provided by the client or paid for by the client.

Any violent or abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and the police will be informed.

Rug & Mattress Cleaning

Insurance

Edwards Cleaning Services have Public liability insurance. The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by a cleaner working on behalf of Edwards Cleaning Services, any damages must be reported within 24 hours.

Edwards Cleaning Services has the right to withhold any private documents related to insurance.

Payments

Payment for any service is due at the end of the appointment.

Payment can be made in Cash once the job is complete.

Payments can be made by debit or credit cards. No charge is applicable.

Invoices can be paid by BACS if the client is a company or working on behalf of their employer.

Complaints or Claims

The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no refunds or recovery cleanings.

The customer must be or have a representative at the beginning and at the end of the cleaning session as an inspection can be carried out and if any corrections, should be made on the same day.

Edwards Cleaning Services may take 1 business week to respond to a complaint.

Cancellations

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Any cancellations or amendments to an order must be made 24 hours prior to the date set. Failure to do so may result in your deposit being used for cancellation purposes.

If a cleaner gets to the clients property and no one is in, the deposit will be used for cancellation purposes. If the client wishes to rebook, a new deposit will be taken.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom. Edwards Cleaning Services can make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Should any of the above clauses change all existing customers will be notified. Please check this website for updates.
